MEDICAL COATINGS

Professionally applied medical coatings are vital to the safe and highly skilled procedures that take place in today’s healthcare environment. There’s often a delicate balance between creating dependable, affordable devices that are also safe, reliable, and effective. At Craddock Finishing, we confidently approach this challenge backed by our decades of experience and precise attention to detail.

Medical Coatings Applications

Medical device coating applications vary widely, from equipment used during an in-office visit to devices like pacemakers that are inserted directly into the human body. Across the board, sanitation and consistency is of the utmost concern. When required, we ensure that all coatings and procedures comply with FDA standards.

Regardless of the coating your medical device requires, we have the experience and knowledge to achieve the desired outcome. We apply a diverse range of coatings, such as antimicrobial, conductive, and anti-static and are more than willing to work alongside our customers to identify solutions for any of your finishing needs. We’re uniquely set up to handle both large and small volume projects, and no product is too big or small. We currently service both a .002” thin photo-etched titanium cathode screen used in pacemaker and ventilator batteries as well as a 5’2” hemodialysis machine housing.
