In addition to our five automated lines, our facility has multiple “batch” booths where products are coated by hand and allow for greater attention to detail.
Having multiple batch booths gives us the flexibility to process many substrates simultaneously. Parts are either placed or hung on rolling racks that move through the different stages of the operation. Keeping the entire process contained to a single booth helps us maintain an efficient environment for our individual and specialized operations.
